James Congdon has been a Realtor in Santa Fe since 1998 and a multi-million dollar producer in every year since joining the profession. James has been an active member of the Pecos community since 1973. He worked for 28 years at Brush Ranch School in several capacities including Dean of Students, Program Director, and Business Manager. He served as President of the Board of Directors of Pecos Valley Medical Clinic for over 5 years and was the founder of La Cueva Walkabout, a time-out program for adolescents. Several years ago, James and his late wife Carolyn built their dream home in La Cueva Canyon near Glorieta. James and his sons John and Andrew enjoy the country lifestyle and all that it has to offer. He is an avid gardener with an orchard and vegetable gardens. Today, James is looking forward to using his personal and professional experience to help others achieve their dreams.
